I recently had occasion to employ Mr. Diarmuid Keane to carry out legal mapping work. He did what was required quickly and competently and for a fee that I considered appropriate in the circumstances. However, subsequent to and in addition to this, I had to call upon Diarmuid to do other work relating to the same project that was not in any way connected to his original brief and which he would have been perfectly entitled to decline as it did not relate to his area of professional expertise.
