At Diarmuid Keane + Associates, our professional design service takes all of the hassle and headaches out of the construction process for our clients. We will stay involved with the project from inception right through to completion if required. We create sketch designs and develop them in to final designs with the help of the client. We will handle the planning application process on behalf of the client. Our success rate for planning applications is second to none in Clare. After the planning process we will prepare detailed tender drawings and documents and send them to experienced contractors to price the works. We will then assess the returned tenders and assist the client in making a decision on the most suitable contractor.
During construction, we monitor and supervise progress on site, alter drawings as necessary, deal with any issues problems that arise and liaise with the clients on a regular basis in order to keep them informed as to the progress. The level of our involvement during the construction process depends on the client requirements. This ranges from occasional site visits in order to certify stage payments for the bank and issue certs of compliance, to full time project supervision and project management services.
